Stop here for a light snack while you tour the market. Just don't worry about the line snaking outside- it's fast and you can spend some time looking at the menu. Savory or sweet you can find many delicious pastries here. Coffee is served only in the morning and there is a small seating area behind the stores. When you finish take a long walk along the waterline fish market or enjoy one of the street performers nearby.

Good savory and sweet dough wrapped baked goods. We liked the smoked fish, but not the cinnamon apple, maybe because it was difficult to eat on the go. The lines are long, but move fairly quickly. If you happen to be at Pike"s Place market, you should try it out. There are tons of options, so you should be able to find something that you like.

Unbelievably excellent pastries. Try the cinnamon cardamon roll or the apple cinnamon one if you like something sweeter. On the savory side the meat and cheese or the traditional onion and cheese were good too. Many, many other flavors and types. The marzipan roll was excellent as well. We went 3 days in a row!

Delicious place to grab a bite to eat. It's usually really busy but the line moves quickly. There's only 3 seats available to sit down so you're better off going some place else to eat your delicious order.

The salmon pate was delicious. Went mid week and there was only a handful people in the market and surprisingly no wait line at Piroshky Piroshky or the original Starbucks;)

First off to all those complaining about it not being authentic enough, just go to Russia. Eat one there if you want something super incredibly authentic. Second off this place is getting 4 stars because there were a few times they forgot about my order. But every time I visit Seattle for conventions or business trips, this place saves my a$$. Instead of having to find somewhere to eat thats affordable and easy to eat on the go, this place stands in the light. One weekend I was visiting and I had this place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner omw back and forth to the convention center. Not only that but this place saved me big bank on food. I remember one time I only ended up spending like 30 bucks on food in one day just by eating here compared to the other day where I spent 100 on various different food places in 1 day. 10/10 would eat again.

Delicious food, be prepared for a mild to moderate wait time outside if itÒ€ℒs busy. Take a look at their online menu before you go so you have an idea what to order. Try both the savory and sweet ones! Their menu tells you which ones are popular

We got the cinnamon cardamom braid and it was delicious. They have a large assortment of sweet and savory items and I wish that we had more room in our stomachs to get more than what we did but it really is a great place, just let your nose be the judge of that!

Really good pastries! IÒ€ℒve been there 3 times already in my 5 day visit to Seattle! Even if thereÒ€ℒs a line it moves really fast and itÒ€ℒs totally worth it. The flavors are super good and I absolutely love it!

Line may look long but it's worth the wait! (Trickles by quickly so don't worry) well made, just the right thickness of crust and delicious filling. It's located by pike place so it draws a large crowd of tourists but it's vetted by locals as a must-go spot nonetheless!

They have both sweet and savory pastries, both are delicious. For starters I would order salmon, he goes very well with A cup of clam chowder down at Pike place chowder just a block away.

My friend brought me here raving about how good it was. IÒ€ℒll agree it was tasty but the hype had me expecting more. So try to go in without the expectation itÒ€ℒs going to be the best bakery.I ordered the mozzarella, broccoli and mushroom and he ordered the beef. Both were good enough that IÒ€ℒd go back, but IÒ€ℒll check out some different bakeries before returning. The staff was friendly and the food was ready right away. If youÒ€ℒre looking for something quick to walk around and eat with this place is perfect to stop in.

Just found this place as I was passing from it. It was kind of a small place but was very busy so got my attention. I went inside and got a Chipotle Piroshky recommend by the server. It was really good. Never heard of Piroshky before but now I would like to have it again. This is a small shop in line of famous Pikes Place Starbucks. So if you are getting a coffee you should definitely get a Piroshky from here.

Line moves quick, so totally worth these amazing baked goods. I had the apple fritter and I was super impressed! The dough was extremely fresh and it had fresh apples inside. Yum!

I have to admit, we didn't go inside to taste the food but there was such a great line outside which is usually the mark of local approval. I was told that the piroshkies taste great. Next time will try to visit.

Always a line, but it's quick, efficient, and WORTH IT. There are a few vegan/vegetarian savory options that are amazing as well.

Ordered some pastries to be delivered and the whole process went smoothly. The pastries are delicious and were delivered at the requested time - and plus, they are also delivering flowers!

This is very popular and touristy. Every new food blogger/ travel vloggers stop by this place when they go to the pike place. Even Anthony Bourdain stopped by this tiny place back in 2006. This is a typical Russian bakery where you will get different varieties of sweet and savory baked goodies. Most of them are different pastry puff with a filling of different kind. This is a small counter only place. The service is super quick. I went early in the morning. So there was a lot of options left. I went with salmon roll and hazelnut chocolate one. The salmon one is really very popular. A flour pastry baked and wrapped with a creamy salmon filling inside. The Pastry cover is not too thick and sprinkled with some dill. The sweet one was not too sweet and topped with some icing sugar. They have a various locations across Seattle. So if there is one near to you make sure to stop by and grab one.

The bakery is really good and the quality is great! The only thing which bothered me is their supply.. when I went only 2 options were available for vegetarians where as they have 5-6. Nevertheless the taste was awesome. U need to wait for 5-10min.

We joined the queue (as you do) to see what was going on. Disappointed with the pastry, and the price. >$12 US for two pastries without meat. I agree with an earlier reviewer that perhaps some of the reviews posted here haven't had good pastry before.

Piroshky Piroshky is a great pastry spot. You can purchase veggie pastries ham and cheese and even beef pastries for a simple price. The highest price for a pastry Ove seen so far in Piroshky was $8. The pastrie prices are usually from 3 to 8 dollars. I recommend this pastry place because it is an easy process, and you can just get just ask what you want, pay and then simply walk out. Your in and out in just a couple mins. Another good thing about Piroshky is that they have a great view. If u wanted to, you can walk to the side and experience and enjoy a nice view of the water. I rate Piroshky Piroshky a 4 star because this was my first time visiting Piroshky. But my first visit was good. I will change my rate to 5 stars once I try every pastry.

Got to the deli right after the breakfast rush, so the line was manageable. One of the better bakeryÒ€ℒs IÒ€ℒve been to in a while. I would recommend it to try a Russian style bakery.

Long line but it moves at a very fast pace. Food was great. I ordered the potato and cheese and bacon, cheddar and egg. The only thing I would change would be for the food to be kept on the hotter side. Mine was warm which made it seem less fresh.

Seems like most of the sweet pastries are made of the same dough (yellow, firm), just different filling. Looks good, but taste very generic. These treats are not authentic and probably a day old

Great Piroshkys but long lines. They have hearty and sweet options and all of them are tasty. I havenÒ€ℒt been disappointed once. You should enjoy them right away as long as they are still warm. They are also fantastic for in between meals. The employees work very fast so you are never standing in line that long. They have another store in 3rd street (if I remember right). If you donÒ€ℒt want to wait in line that long you should go there. Greatly recommend it!

As we were walking by I was hit with an overwhelming smell of cinnamon and had to stop and try something. We got the marzipan and cinnamon apple roll. The marzipan was to die for! Great customer service as well.

For a while now, I've heard rave reviews about Piroshky Piroshky. So when I entered Pike Place Market and saw the huge line of people being delegated by a Piroshky Piroshky staff member, I bit my lip and got in line. The good: Piroshky Piroshky is fairly inexpensive. I ordered the Apple Cinnamon piroshky, which was $4. It was big enough that I could have shared it with a friend, which would have brought the cost down further. There is also a lot of variety, including special seasonal flavors. The bad: Honestly, I was pretty disappointed about the quality of the pastry I received. I didn't expect it to have come right out of the oven, but I was expecting it to be fairly fresh. After all, through the front windows, you can see staff members cutting and preparing dough. When I tried my pastry, it tasted as if it had been made yesterday. Still good, but not particularly fresh. The long line and lack of seating were expected, but also contributed to a negative experience for me.

It looks good but the dough is not that tasty. I had sweet ones. And the dough has cheap average taste. People over rated this place because many have not had good pastry elsewhere I think. If you try one, some of you will see what I mean.

We got two pastries, the marzipan and the apple cinnamon. The marzipan was really delicious, perfect ratio of filling to pastry. Apple cinnamon didn't quite hit the same mark, but still a decent treat

Piroshky Piroshky offers an awesome array of both sweet and savory Russian pastries. I had the potato and mushroom piroshky. My husband ordered the hash brown and bacon piroshky. Both were tasty bites to start the day before we headed out to explore the city more. We also ordered the chocolate cream hazelnut as an afternoon pick-me-up. All were tasty snacks, but they may have been overhyped by friends who raved about the place.

The thought of a salmon pate baked good, didn't sound too appealing...so I'm glad I tried it. Wow!! This was delicious. We also tried the Beef and Cheese, and that too was awesome! I'll be back in town at the end of summer, and will definitely be bringing my friends here

Originally born in Russia, I had these as a child on a weekly if not daily basis! I loved all the salty ones (cabbage, sausage, onions). I havenÒ€ℒt been able to visit or get my hands on these since I moved to the US!! I heard of this place from the food network at some point I believe, where they stated it almost tasted like being back home. And they werenÒ€ℒt wrong! They were so delicious, and SO good. Definitely gave me nostalgia and brought me back home :) The only downfall is I wish they were a little warmer, but I understand they make so many in advance due to the long lines. Even with a long line it went through super quick! We took these and sat by the pier looking at the Ferris wheel. It was such a nice sunny day in Seattle! Perfect day.
